Relational Horsemanship Coaching

Relational Horsemanship Coaching Online

  • $175 USD for 60 minute session

  • $260 USD for 90 minute extended session

  • $325 USD for 2 hour intensive (can be done in small groups of 2-3 people)

Relational horsemanship coaching is a blend of equestrian sport psychology and relational horsemanship with a trauma-informed lens. Sessions are for riders who have their own horses and would like to develop more skills for navigating the cognitive and emotional elements that come up personally in their work with horses.

Some of the skills we work on include: deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, CBT for unhelpful thinking styles, attachment patterns and dynamics, inner consent, congruence, motivation optimization, and managing fear & anxiety. For competitive riders who would like to overcome mental blocks related to their sport, we also work on optimal states of consciousness for performance, activating a sense of “flow”, and cultivating a meaningful, purpose-driven existence both inside and outside of the arena.
